Abstract

The contaibution presents in brief oudine dre sigil-qadi's protocol, as an important source for studying the life in the past of the regionwhereit was created. In the tabular survey given are the dataonl2booksofthe Mostar sigils kept in the Oriental Collection of Herzegovina Archives in Mostar, including cali numbers, sheet numbers and they earsthe yhad been kept for. Short registers present the contents of the oldest sigil ftom this Collection from 1787-88. The data contained in this and in the other preserved sigils are an unavoidable source for studying dre past of Mostar
