Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of the journal Prilozi za orijentalnu filologiju / Contributions for Oriental Philology is preparing the volume 74. Our journal publishes works of scholars in the fields of oriental philology, history, and Ottoman studies along with research in the fields of Arabic, Turkis,h and Persian languages and literature in these languages and also in the fields of Islamic tradition, art, culture, and civilization.

We kindly invite you to offer your research papers, contributions, and book reviews. We would also like it if you could inform your work colleagues with the same or similar research interests about this Call.

The application deadline for abstracts and titles is March 31, 2025.
The final deadline for papers is June 15, 2025.

Papers sent after the final deadline will not be considered.
Manuscripts should be submitted in electronic format (MS Word, docs, and PDF) to the following e-mail address: redakcija.pof@ois.unsa.ba

The submission should also include:
- first and last name of the author, address, name of the institution, e-mail address of the author
- author’s statement on ethical responsibility and absence of any conflict of interest, signed.

The Submission Guidelines and form of the Statement of Authorship are attached to this Call.
